Character Creation Procedure
Whenever a character is created, you must first give them a name and any other appearance/biographical information you wish to disclose.  Then, ask me about creating your up-to-four skills and determining what the roll affects for each.  After that point, your beginning stats are as follows:

Level 1
10 HP
1d4+1 in each Skill
1d4+1 HPA
1d4+1 Speed
1d4+1 Accuracy
1d4+1 Evasion

At creation, your character has 500 stat points to assign.  Use them wisely, as it is far more than you will get at any level-up.  Once stat points are assigned, you will roll your HPA five times and add each roll to your HP.

Once this is completed, your character is ready!
