WHAT TOMORROW HOLDS |
|
|
When I can say what tomorrow holds, When I can stop looking back, you’ll be the first to know. Yet, I ask: will you be there? When I can trust my heart in your hands, When I can love again and believe in a friend, Will you be there? I cannot promise you more than just today. But if I leave open the door will you stay? Will you be here? It is not fair to ask for more than I can give, this I know. I don’t have the right to hold you so tight and ask you to let me go. Yet I ask: must you know what tomorrow holds? --CRONIN DETZZ |
