BLACK DREAMS
I see you caressing my heart
as it is quietly beating and slowly bleeding
It turns black and cold
as its sadness grows old
I am tired of your torture.
In my dream, I reach out to you
Wailing and weeping, darkness creeping
Blackened by your burning betrayal,
I grow numb and senses grow pale.
You laugh as my blood falls from your fingertips
and it collects in pools on the ground
You enjoy my screams as I drown,
You even help them hold me down
But you let me live to make your madness last
Daily pulling me into the past
What a wicked world, laugh at the girl
Collect my tears as little black pearls
But wait, here is the craziest twist
as I peer into your dreams
the tortured one is you!
and who is that I see?
The devil is me? That cannot be.
It is all a joyful game, ruinous fate
played by He who loves to hate
Betrayer, love-slayer, mother-hater
I wake up, but I know Ill see you later
