Library can be found in West Clock Town (in old Sword School Building). Currently offers no services.
3. Potion Brewer (Level 2): 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Found in East Clock Town (in old Honey & Darling's Shop). Currently offers Green, Red, Yellow, and Purple Potions.
4. Grappler (Level 2): 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Found in West Clock Town, where (in old Trading Post Building). Sells Hookshots, Boomerangs, and Whips.
5. Boatmaker (Level 2): 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Found on Milk Road. Currently offers no wares.

ENTRANCE POLICIES
Only Terminians may enter Clock Town with weapons. All other races are allowed to enter Terminian territories, but they must leave their weapons at the gate before entering. Entrance policies will likely become more harsh towards certain races in the future.

EXIT POLICIES
Terminians may not leave Terminian territory without being inspected at each gate. They cannot bring out and Masks or Rare Items, nor any item in excess of a selling price of 100 rupees. Meetings with the mayor can be had to discuss leaving with these items or possible safekeeping of them.

ALLIANCES
The Terminians currently have no alliances with other races.

TREATIES
The Terminians currently have no treaties with other races.

WAR
The Terminians have not declared war on any other races.

SWORDSMAN TOURNAMENT: 5th of the Month
A sparring tournament that users can only use swords in. No other weapons or items are allowed. Held before the Carnival of Time to determine the Royal Keyholder, who opens the gate to the Clock Tower bridge on the ever of the Carnival. All races are invited, and the tournament is held in Termina Field.
RANKS
Ranks are created for each class. These are rankings within classes; classes that have higher Minimum Levels are ranked higher than any member of lower classes. All ranks have a pay increase and medals to signify the rank. Each rank also can give orders to lower ranks in certain situations.

Second-Class: +2 rupee pay.
First-Class: +5 rupee pay.
Corporal: +10 rupee pay.
Captain: +15 rupee pay.
Royal Soldier: +20 rupee pay.
OTHER LAWS
1. Mandatory Military Service: Upon reaching the age of 18, each Terminian citizen must serve two weeks in the miliary. At the age of 25, they must serve another two weeks.

2. Murder/Theft: These are two serious crimes that are punishable by various means. Only applies to Terminian citizens.
