Large-sized swords are bigger, stronger versions that gain additional benefits, but also sometimes penalties. First of all, users of large-sized swords need to have the strength skill because of the weapon's extra bulk. Depending on your strength level, you will get different benefits from large-sized swords. It improves your character's performance drastically in all XS categories. However, with recent events, getting Gold Dust from Snowhead, the essential ingredient in forging this sword, is not an easy task, thus making the Gilded Sword a rare item. |
| SWAMP BLADE Races: Deku Profession: Smithy Type: Basic AS Bonus: + 1 DS Bonus: + 1 ACS Bonus: + 0 ES Bonus: 2X - 1 The Swamp Blade is the basic sword used among the Deku tribe. It is quite similar in appearence to the blade of the Terminian Sword, but the handle is different and the size is smaller. While its main purpose is Combat, it was also designed to effectively cut away at the dense brush in the Southern Swamp. |
| WOODFALL BLADE Races: Deku Profession: Smithy Type: Advanced AS Bonus: + 2 DS Bonus: + 1 ACS Bonus: + 1 ES Bonus: 2X The sword used by more talented Deku warriors, the Woodfall in coated with melted down Woodfall Cattails, giving it the power of the Southern Swamp. The handles are oftentimes incredible works of art, carved to the last detail. Quite a large sword for the hands of the Deku, it is normally sized for humans. |
| SNOW SABER Races: Goron Profession: Smithy Type: Basic AS Bonus: + 1 DS Bonus: + 0 ACS Bonus: + 0 ES Bonus: 2X -1 The basic Goron sword, the Snow Saber is larger than most other swords. This is suitable for the larger-sized Goron race. It is built to absorb the cold, thus chilling any person who comes in contact with it. Through its larger size, the Snow Saber gets an AS bonus, whereas the other non-human race swords do not. The basic starting sword for the Gorons. |
| SWORD OF SNOWHEAD Races: Goron Profession: Smithy Type: Advanced AS Bonus: + 3 DS Bonus: + 1 ACS Bonus: + 1 ES Bonus: 2X A more advanced version of the Snow Saber, the Sword of Snowhead is molded with the Hot Spring Water that has been melted from the snow piled near thermal vents in Snowhead caverns. This gives the sword the power of Snowhead and the Goron spirit. |
| CORAL SWORD Races: Zora Profession: Smithy Type: Basic AS Bonus: + 0 DS Bonus: + 1 ACS Bonus: + 0 ES Bonus: 2X - 1 Identical statistically to the Swamp Blade, the Coral Sword is fashioned from the many beds of coral found in the waters of the Great Bay. It shimmers like te water Zoras swim through, and is a favorite weapon in the race. |
| EXCALIBUR OF THE SEA Races: Zora Profession: Smithy Type: Advanced AS Bonus: + 1 DS Bonus: + 2 ACS Bonus: + 1 ES Bonus: 2X This advanced sword of the sea is formed through the combination of Field Metals and a fine seashell powder. This gives the sword the power of the Great Bay. Somewhat similar statistically to the Woodfall Blade. |
| PIRATE'S SWORD Races: Gerudo Profession: Smithy Type: Basic AS Bonus: + 1 (+ 4) DS Bonus: + 0 ( + 1) ACS Bonus: + 0 (+ 1) ES Bonus: X (2X) Pirate's Swords are curved cutlasses use with amazing grace by the Gerudo. A single Pirate's Sword is very weak by itself, but with the cost of only 1 Weapon Skill point, a Gerudo warrior can learn how to use two at once. Using two of these swords at once yields major benefits (the stats in parenthese indicate Dual Pirate's Sword stats). |
