| MOUNTAIN PATH The Mountain Path is an uphill trail connecting Termina Field to the Mountain Village. It is particularly difficult to go up in Winter, when snow covers the ground in massive amounts. Since it goes uphill and is so close to Termina Field, this is not a popular place for buildings. MOUNTAIN VILLAGE A flat, cozy area of Snowhead is the Mountain Village. It is at the end of the Mountain Path and leads to all other areas of Snowhead. This is a very popular settlement area for Gorons. In the Spring, Summer, and Fall, a majestic stream runs through these beautiful fields, but in Winter, it is piled with Snow. Thus, many of the buildings are built rather high above the ground and use alpine-esque roofing. GORON VILLAGE TRAIL This path connects the Mountain Village to the Goron Village. It goes through a large lake with several island connected by bridges. The lake freezes over in the Winter. The Goron Racetrack is also along this trail. GORON VILLAGE This is where most of the people live. This area overlooks a gigantic cliff and canyon of Snowhead. In the middle of the valley between the mountains where this place is found are two gigantic structures known as the Goron Shrine. Many Gorons live inside these mammoth buildings, and their design is unlike anything else in Termina. There is plenty of room around the Shrine, as well as the Powder Keg Shop nearby. GORON RACETRACK This is where the popular Gorons Races are held. This racetrack is designed brilliantly, with turns, jumps, bridges, and obstacles along the way. Without a doubt, these races are one of the biggest events in Snowhead. SNOWHEAD TRAIL This treacherous trail leads from the Mountain Village to Snowhead. The trail is dotted with gaps and chasms that only Gorons or those with the help of Gorons can cross. SNOWHEAD The Snowhead Temple is and incredible, massive wonder formed out of a gigantic ice crystal. It stands in the middle of a huge pit, connected only by a thin land bridge. Winds are dangerous in this area. The Great Fairy's Fountain is located nearby. UNCHARTED TERRITORY Not much is know about the Snowhead Mountains beyond the Goron Village and Snowhead. What strange and mystical things can be found there? |
