SHORT BOW
Races: Terminian, Gerudo, Ikana                          Profession: Bowyer                                          Type: Basic

This is the starting bow for all human races. It is rather small, thus allowing for easy storage and easy use, as the bowstring isn't as hard to pull back. While it gets no ES bonuses, its main plusses come in the AS and ACS categories.
LONG BOW

The Long Bow improves on the qualities of the Short Bow and is the standard upgrade of bows among the human races. It is larger, and is usually fitted to the user's back for easy transport. The bowstring is much larger than that of the short bow, making it harder to pull back, but also giving it more power.
ELEMENTAL BOW

While not quite as powerful as the long bow, the Elemental Bow is an uncommon weapon that can be used by any race. Its benefits are that it can use powerful Elemental Arrows and
can be used on horseback. Very few other bows possess these powers, so this is a very useful bow to learn how to use.
SNIPER BOW

An incredibly accurate bow, the Sniper Bow is one of the most feared items in all of Termina. Because of it, no one is safe from danger at any given time. It is larger than even the Long Bow, but is dead-on with accuracy. While a good bow to use in Combat, it's even better used outside. If a user of the Sniper Bow gets a carefully crafted scope from a Glass Blower, they can attack players anytime outside of villages. Two dice are rolled. If the roll is below the modified score, the attack is successful. The modifiers are as follows.

Modifiers
+ X : Add the level you are at on the Sniper Bow.
+ 1/2X : Add 1/2 the level of the craftsman who made the scope (round down).
+ X - 1:  Add X - 1 times the level you are at if you are an assassin.
- 1 : If the target is a Deku.
- 1 : If the target has the agility skill.
- 1 : If the target is running Level 1 - 2.
- 1 : If the target is running Level 3 - 4 (add to above penalty).
- 1 : If the target is running Level 5 (add to above penalties).
- 4 : If the target is on horseback/rolling/swimming (Zora).
- 3 : If the target is underwater.
- 1 : If the target is an assassin.
- 1 : If the snipe is not performed in Termina Field.
- 5 : The target notices or is prepared for the attack (note - reasonable methods must be used to be noticed).

The safest way to travel through dangerous areas like Termina Field is to ride in a protected wagon. You cannot get hurt then. The Sniping Function can only be used once per day, and some reason must be given for the snipe.
DEKU BOW

The standard bow for Deku to start out with. While it doesn't increase your AS as much as other bows, it's main strength is in the ES category. A good starting bow for an Deku archer.
POISON BOW

The Poison Bow is unique in both that is one of the Bows that will get you the highest ES, and that is also the only bow to give a Poison Status Effect to the target. Every time to bow is fired, a die is rolled to determine if the target is poisoned if not killed (if the roll is under the level of the Poison Bow, it is successful). When a person is poisoned, their ES will slowly deplete until they drink a potion or find another way to cure the effect. For every 10 minutes after Combat/Battle they are exposed to the Poison, their ES will drain by -1 until it can be recovered, to a minimum of  4 ES. This is very harmful, thus making this bow very powerful. It can also shoot Fire Arrows. The Poison feature only works in the Southern Swamp, Termina Field, Milk Road, and the Great Bay.
MOUNTAIN BOW

The Mountain Bow, used by the Gorons of Snowhead, is forged to utilize defenseive techniques, which is uncommon among other bows. The standard bow among Goron Archers.
BOW OF FROST

AS Bonus: + X + 1               DS Bonus: + 2                                ACS Bonus: + 2                           ES Bonus: 0

The Bow of Frost improves on the qualities of the Mountain Bow, while harnessing the power of Ice to chill opponents. The chill status effect will temporarily make opponents so cold that their ACS drops by -2 after Combat/Battle. It can be cured by Potions and other status effect curing devices. It can also fire Ice Arrows. It can only be used in Snowhead, Termina Field, Clock Town, and the Ikana Canyon.
CROSSBOW
Races: Goron                                                    Profession: Bowyer                                          Type: Advanced
AS Bonus: + 2X + 1              DS Bonus: + 0                                ACS Bonus: + 4                           ES Bonus: 2X + 1

Without a doubt the most advanced bow, the Crossbow wields incredible power that only the Goron race can harness. It has dead-on accuracy and incredibly high AS and ES bonuses. Of course, with a weapon this powerful, there has to be a downside. The crossbow can only be used every other turn, as it takes a great amount of time to reload the powerful bolts.
ZORAN BOW
Races: Zora                                                      Profession: Bowyer                                          Type: Basic
AS Bonus: + X                        DS Bonus: + 0                                ACS Bonus: + 2                           ES Bonus: 0

The Zoran Bow is the standard bow for the Zoran race. It is crafted to be very accurate, and thus has the highest ACS bonus of any basic bow. This aspect is particularly useful for archers on the walls of Zoran territory.
BOW OF PARALYSIS

The Bow of Paralysis is another bow that inflicts a status effect on enemies, but unlike the others, this bow's effects take place immediately after the target is hit. In Battle, the hit player cannot move and cannot continue. In Combat, after every clash DS and ES change by -1. The status effects only can work in the Ikana Canyon, Clock Town, Milk Road, and Termina Field.

LARGE-SIZED BOWS
Any Bow that is in the Advanced or Expert category can be created in larger sizes. Larger Bows, however, require the user to know Balance skill to effectively use the Bow. Depending on your Balance skill level, you will get different bonuses.
