Drawings
With new and improved varities of materials!
Below: One of an owl series that was never truly and thoroughly finished.  It's a little hard to see at first... look for an owl sprawled out in a braided nest.  The neat thing about this picture is that it is all done on a GIANT sheet of black paper using only 4 colored pencils (red, yellow, green, periwinkle).  It's more impressive in real life.  I promise!
Above: My first REAL self portrait EVER!  Done in oil pastels in front of a mirror (obviously).  It didn't look a thing like me but it was human so I was rather satisfied.  I think it's from 8th or 9th grade.
Right: "Still life with Mailbox".  One of the many projects from Drawing and Painting class in 9th grade.  I used black paper and only two pencils (orange-midtone and white-highlights).  There was a bicycle in the way of the awesome mailbox and I have another picture where I tried to focus attention away from the bicyle and other bad parts of the still life.  To see the picture merely look BELOW to another exciting still life picture!  The camera had a little glare when I took the picture... you can tell.
Last of all, my most recent (Aug 8th) Self Portrait is to the right.  Like it?  Then sign the GALLERY GUESTBOOK!
