My name is PAT SMITH I am the Coaster Exchange leader and if you would like to participate here are the rules!!!. This exchange is a monthly exchange So you will be assigned a partner the following month after I recieve your JIC. So lets get those JIC sent in.
1. You must send me one angel puffy consisting of 2 coasters to replace any items you cannot make. The goal is to only use this if need be so if you join unless there is an emergency, please do not rely on your angel puffy! ( As leader I will still have to mail out so it will still cost me if using your angel puffy is needed. I do not mind this if there is an emergency but please do not take advantage due to laziness!! Because that puts you out of any and all exchanges until that JIC is replaced.)
2. You must sign up monthly I will not assume you want in!! Unless you request so!
3. In order to participate your address must be in the database. This is to prevent members from not completing because they lost the address and cannot reach me!
4. You will be assigned a partner and in the coaster exchange you will complete a minimum of 2 coasters of normal size and mail it to your assigned partner within the allotted 30 days. Coasters can be made out of yarn or thread but need to be crocheted.
5. You must send a public notice to the group when you are sending and a public thank you when you receive! Also please contact me if you do not receive within 15 days of closing please note your partner?s name! So that I may contact them and send you an angel puffy replacement!
