| Chapter 3 Anna turned around violently, not caring whether or not Robert saw her. There stood Faison with that smug look on his face. She glared daggers at him. Robert looked from who he now knew as his former wife, to his life-long enemy. He wasn't sure what was about to happen, but he wasn't going to get in the middle of it. Anna wanted to rip that smile off of Faison's face. She wanted him to die. She wanted to be the one to kill him. Without warning she lunged at him. ~~~ Erica, Zander, and Robin were going towards the docks when they all heard Faison's voice. With one look at each other, they all went towards that area. They found Robert watching as Anna attacked Faison. "Anna, no!" Erica screamed. "Mom!"Robin joined in. All three broke into a run. Zander and Erica were there in seconds and pulled Anna away from Faison. "Anna, now is not the time," Erica told her friend. "Not now," she pleaded. None of the noticed that Robin and Robert had gotten close to them. "You always come to the rescue, don't you Erica?" Faison asked menacingly before turning and leaving. Erica ignored him. "Anna we can't kill him until we find out where Michelle is," Erica told her. "And if anyone kills him it will be me," Zander added, earning a look from his mother. "What the bloody hell is going on here?" Robert demanded. ~~~ "Really?" Michelle asked the young man standing in front of her. "I can show you a good time," he added getting closer to her. She moved away from him. "Don't come near me again." He reached out to grab her. "Let her go," a woman said walking towards them. "Of course, Mrs. Corinthos," the man said before running away. Carly watched him go as did Michelle. "Did he hurt you?" Carly asked. Michelle shook her head. "No. Thanks for scaring him off though." "No problem. I'm Carly Corinthos." "Michelle Faison." ~~~ Anna looked at Erica. She seemed to be in another place, but her eyes held no recognition for Robert. That scared Anna. "Robert..." Anna began, but she couldn't find the words. He was looking directly at Erica which meant that he knew who she was. "Mom?" Zander asked. "Zander, you and Robin go back to the hotel," Erica ordered. "Are you sure?" He asked. "Yes, go." Zander shook his head and he and Robin walked away. "Erica?" ~~~ Cesar Faison walked into his suite at the PC Hotel. He noted that his daughter was gone. It didn't surprise him, she did have her mother's spirit. ~~~ Erica turned towards Robert. Her blue eyes were completely void of recognition.She knew who he was, but still, she didn't remember him. "Robert," she said. Her voice was cold, flat, emotionless. "It's really you?" His voice was full of emotion as the past twenty three years of guilt and regret washed over him. He reached out to touch her but she moved away. His hand dropped to his side. She turned to Anna. "I'm going after Zander." Anna nodded, knowing from experience that Erica wasn't really going to look for Zander. Erica sucked in a breath and turned and walked away. When she was out of earshot Robert turned Anna to face him. "What the hell did you do to her?" ~~~ Erica stormed away from Robert and Anna. She needed to get away. Being around Robert for the first time in over twenty years was strange to her. She didn't remember him. All she knew was what Anna and her other friends had told her. ~~~ Sean Donelly walked along the docks. He heard Robert yelling and instict told him to steer away from that area. He kept walking when he bumped into someone. The someone turned to him. "Erica? What are you doing here?" ~~~ "I didn't do anything to her Robert," Anna said. She wrestled free from his grip. "It was either you, or your lover Faison." "Faison is the one who did this to her, Robert," Anna said. "But of course at the time you were keeping his bed warm." She punched him. ~~~ |
