Leadership

Being a leader is a very large responsible when trying to communicate with your group members and how to maintain the role consistently. I believe i have the skills to become a decent leader because i am a efficient worker and doesn't like to see things unfinished. I am always asking for people's inputs on certain situations and see what parts of information can be helpful when completing a task.

Energy

I can make a moment like twice as good as it is or turn a bad situation into a reasonable one to work with. I am always generating ideas and talking when necessary. I don't like to see people beat themselves up because i try to do the best i can to cheer them up and make sure they stay on the task at hand. I'm always making people laugh and enjoy doing a certain task, rather then hating it.

Reliable

I don't like to give misleading or incorrect information. I like to do my research in depth and look for the answers im trying to achieve. People can depend on me to be on time for a certain meeting and rely on my presence in any given situation. If i have difficulty, i will notify my members and sort an agreement to be worked over.

Knowledge

Knowing the information ahead of time is very key in my learning development. This is evident because i like to be prepared when tackling a task. I don't want to go into something where i don't know what we're talking about. Knowing the material ahead of time will give me the time to generate ideas and brain storm to give efficient information to the rest of my members.
