FREE SPIRIT- CROWTHER 485 CATAMARAN

'Free Spirit' was built by Sundowner Multihulls of Florida. The hulls were moulded in 1977 and the outfitted vessel was launched in 1979. 'Free Spirit' circumnavigated the globe with her first owner and is presently cruising South America following her third transatlantic crossing. The boat has been regularly upgraded to present day standards of comfort and safety. Her long waterline length and light displacement ensures passage speeds of 8 -12 knots and a  very comprehensive sail wardrobe is carried to enhance light wind performance. The boat was last hauled for hull survey and major refit in April 2004 so she is in excellent allround condition.
