Info for this is pretty slim and conflicting, but these seem to be the facts: Rec'd at
Jimi's apt., 59 W. 12th St., NYC with another guitarist (allegedly Taj Mahal, but maybe
Jim McCarty); mostly instrumental jams using ambient microphone(s). Jimi's voice/vocals
can be heard vaguely at times, but his voice is not miked. 

This has previously circulated under a number of titles, including "Two Guitars on a Wednesday Night" and "Jimi's Private Reels Vol. 1". It is a private jam with the legendary Taj Mahal on guitar. Only 5 tracks, but the jams are long and the whole thing lasts almost an hour.
