Side 1:
1. Our Prayer/H+V Intro 1:59 (Combonation of Project SMiLE tracks and this time, I remembered to put the sampling rate at 44100hz!)

Americana movement:
2. Heroes and Villians 2:55 (GV box set alternate version. Short and simple for a H+V track but it gets the job done)
3. Do You Like Worms? 3:17 (A combonation of the GV box set version, Mok's and Purple's Chick's version. Bicycle Rider section from Project SMiLE starts this version. Different from what you're used to.)
4. Cabin Essence 3:27 (GV box set version. Don't mess with perfection)
5. Wonderful 2:02 (GV box set version again. End of Americana movement)

6. Good Vibrations 3:34 (GV box set version. Yeah I know it's boring, so what?)
7. Child is the Father of the Man 1:52 (Project SMiLE tracks mixed with my arrangment. This would've ended side 1.)

Side 2:
8. Wind Chimes 2:47 (Fast Eddie's version and the end of take 5 from UM 17 combined)
9. Vega-Tables 2:09 (Mickboy's mix but with the Smiley accapella out and the SMiLE ending in)
10. The Elements 8:55:
    -Fire (Intro and Fire from Project SMiLE)
    -Earth (Workshop from Project SMiLE and a Vega-Tables sounding chant also from Project)
    -Wind (Holidays from Mok)
    -Water (Da-Da from Project SMiLE, Water chant from either UM 17 or Project SMiLE, I forgot already)

11. Surf's Up 5:47 (Instrumental from Mok, first 2 verses from Purple Chick, GV box set version from dove nested to end.)
