To put it simply, toppings in Cookie Run Kingdom function similarly to equipment that you may attach to cookies to obtain additional effects and stats. In the Cookie Run Kingdom game, you can farm different kinds of toppings by going through the stages again in the story mode. You must go to the cookie menu, tap on a cookie, and then tap on the toppings option in order to equip these toppings. When you select that option, a new menu screen with the ability to customize the cookies' toppings will appear. Since each topping is unique, you must choose your toppings according to the strength of the cookie. Also, if you equip the same sort of topping(x2, x3, or x5), special set effects are enabled.
