The Story is set in neo Tokyo in the year 2019 AD, after the holocaust  of World War III. The Olympics are expected to take place in Neo-Tokyo the following year.  The Motorcycle ganf of 'healthy, juvenile delinquents' race throught the city led by kaneda.

An unnusual boy, Takashi, suddently appears in front of them and Tetsuo, kaneda's best friend, is hurt by the boys Paranormal powers...in result this affect of power transfers to Tetsuo's body and transforms him into a superpower! The result brings the earth to it's knees............
