POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Late Booking Fee — Without reasonable notice of your petsitting needs, I am faced with rearranging both my business and personal schedules. When possible, I am willing to fit in last minute bookings, but reserve the right to apply a $5.00 charge to each visit that falls within 48 hours of your call to schedule sits. This fee may also apply to sits added on to the end of your reservation which fall within 24 hours of my notification.
Emergency Vet Trips — In the case of a heath emergency in your pet, I will transport them to the vet. Drop off will be billed $11.00. If I need to stay with the pet or am requested to stay, you will be billed $11.00 for each 30 minute increment. This fee is in addition to the fee for your regularly scheduled visit.
Extended Visits — If the length of your visit is extended for any reason beyond my control, you may be billed your total rate for each extra 30 minute increment.
Holiday Fees — A fee of $5.00 per visit will be applied for major holidays including New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
