1 1/4 oz. Scotch, 3/4 oz. Coffee Liqueur, 3 oz. Cream
Served over ice in rock glass
Alamo Splash
1 1/2 oz. Tequila, 1 oz. Orange Juice, 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice, 1 splash Lemon Lime soda
Serve over ice in Collins glass
Alliance
1 oz Gin, 1 oz Vermouth, 2 dashed Akvavit
Shake with ice, then strain into rocks glass over ice.
Apple Martini
1 3/4 oz. Applekorn, 1 1/4 oz. Vodka
Shake all ingredients with ice then strain into Martini glass
Bay Breeze
1 1/2 oz. Vodka, 3 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz cranberry juice
Stir, serve in cocktail glass over ice.
Black Russian
1/2 oz Kahlua, 1 1/2 oz Vodka
Stir over ice, serve in Old Fashioned glass.
If served with a dash of lemon, it become a Black Magic
Bloody Mary
Bloody Mary mix, 2 oz Vodka
Served over ice in Highball glass.
Cape Code/Cape Codder
1 1/4 oz Vodka, Cranberry Juice
Serve over ice in cocktail glass. Sometimes calls for lime or club soda.
Cosmopolitan
1 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Triple Sec or Grand Mariner, Splash cranberry juice
Serve in cocktail glass with ice. (Lime recommended)
Cranberry Martini
Equal parts chocolate liqueur, vodka, and cranberry juice.
Shake with ice, serve in cocktail class.
Fire Fly
1 1/4 oz Cinnamon Schnapps, 2 oz grapefruit juice, dash Grenadine or Cherry juice
Combine over ice. What is the german name for fire flys?
Gimlet
1 1/4 oz. Vodka, 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
Mix Vodka and Lime Juice in ice. Strain into cocktail glass.
Gin and Tonic
1 1/4 oz Gin, Tonic water
Mix over ice, serve in Cocktail class.
Gin Martini
2 oz gin, 1/2 oz Vermouth
Mix over ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Girl Scout Cookie
3/4 oz Peppermint schnapps, 1/2 oz coffee liquer, Half & Half
Shake with ice and serve over ice in cocktail glass.
Grape Crush
1 oz. Vodka, 1 oz. Raspberry Liqeur, 2 oz Sour mix, 1 oz. 7-up
Serve over ice in cocktail glass. Garnish with Orange Slice or Cherry.
Greyhound
1 1/2 oz. Vodka, Grapefruit Juice
Pour vodka over ice in tall glass, fill with grapefruit juice.
Hazelnut Martini
2 oz. Vodka, splash Frangelico
Stir with ice, strain into martini glass.
Highball
1 1/2 whiskey, 3 oz. Ginger Ale
Combine and stir. Serve in cocktail glass.
Kahlua Sunset
1 oz Kahlua, 2 1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice, 3 oze Pineapple juice.
Combine in tall glass over ice.
Ladie's Choice Martini
1 1/2 oz. vodka, dash vermouth, 1/4 oz. Kummel.
Stir with ice and strain into martini glass.

Madras
1 1/4 oz vodka, 2 oz cranberry, 2 oz. orange juice.
Served over ice in cocktail glass.
Mandarin Martini
Equal parts chocolate liquer and Vodka, splash of orange juice.
Mix over ice and strain into martini glass.
Margarite
1 1/2 oz Tequilla, 3/4 oz Grand Mariner, splash of sour mix and splash of lime.
Served over rocks in Cocktail glass.

Nuts & Berrys
1/2 oz. Vodka, 1/2 oz. Hazelnut Liqueur, 1/2 oz. Coffee Liquer, 1/4 oz. cream.
Shake with ice, strain and serve straight up in rocks glass.
Nutty Martini
Equal parts chocolate liquer and vodka, splash of Frangelico.
Combine with ice, shake well, serve in cocktail glass.
Rosalind Russel Martini
1 1/2 oz. Vodka, dash of Aquavit.
Stir with ice and strain into martini glass.

Royal Cape
1 3/4 oz. Crown Royal, 1 oz, cranberry juice, 1/2 oz lime juice.
Combine over ice.
Scotch Sour
1 1/2 oz. scotch. Sweet & Sour.
Pour the scoth into cocktail glass over ice. Fill with Sweet & Sour.
Screwdriver
1 1/4 oz. Vodka, 5 oz Orange Juice
Served in Cocktail or Highball Glass, over ice.
Add sugar and you have an Orange Blossom.
Seabreeze
1 1/4 oz. Vodka, Grapefruit Juice, Cranberry Juice
Served over ice in cocktail glass.
Singapore Sling
1/2 oz cherry brandy, 1 oz gin, 4 oz club soda, 1 tsp fine sugar
Shake the gin and sugar with ice, strain into glass nearly filled with ice. Add club soda. Then, "float" the cherry brandy on top of the drink.
Served in collins glass with straw.
Tequilla Sunrise
2 oz Tequilla, 4 oz Orange Juice, 3/4 oz Grenadine or Merichino Cherry Juice
Mix Tequilla and Orange Juice, pour into glass with ice, top off with Gernadine, let settle.
Served in Rock or Highball glass.
Vodka Martini
2 oz vodka, 1/2 oz Vermouth
Mix over ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
For a dry martini, omit Vermouth.

Equal parts Frangelico and Vodka.
Served in shot glass with lemon wedge and packet of sugar.
Guest sprinkles sugar on lemon. Does the shot then bites the sugared lemon wedge.

Equal parts Cuervo gold and Goldschlager.
Shake with ice and strain into shot glass.
French Tickler
Equal parts Goldschlager and Grand Marnier
Shake with ice and strain into a shot glass.
