This document and the embedded javascript demonstrate dynamic section numbers with per section classes. The spans increment per call depending on class. A tag like Entry would create a new label which will look like 1 Entry A following tag like Entry would look like 2 Entry . A following tag like Entry would look like 2.1 Entry . Currently supported span classes are major, minor, micro, nano, minord (increment second digit but display three), and microd (print four numbers). The class use also determines the style.
If a SPAN is included with the class name "TOC", a table of contents will be added to it. If any of the minor or major sections have an id, that will be used as a name for that section allowing you to hyperlink to that section, including from a table of contents. EG:

Table of Contents

and Help Section
Before Spot
Need to put lots of stand alone text here in order to have some white space to show off the instant index.
Setting up crapAfter Spot
Need even more space and stand alone text here so that parent hyperlinks in menu work.
