| THE THIN RED LINE Rated: R Starring: Sean Penn, George Cloony, Nick Nolte, Adrien Brody, James Caviezel, and Jared Leto (just to name a few) Genre: War, Action Released: 1998 Length: 166 min, that's almost 3 hrs. (way to long) Although I think that this movie tried to get a worthy point across, it was one of the most boring movies I have ever seen in my ENTIRE LIFE. I ended up fast forwarding it after 2 hrs. I mean it was DULL!!! I think that the point, although undeveloped, was that war effects everyone and behind each soldier is a human being, even the enemy. They didn't need 3 hrs to tell me that though. I give it: 1/2 star |
