| Zoolander Rated: PG-13 Starring: Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson Genre: Comedy Released: 2001 Length: 90 min Stiller and Wilson, as of now, are the hottest (and funniest) comedy duo since Jack Lemon and Walter Matheau. This movie proves their worth. Zoolander is a movie built around absurdity, and yet it still manages to incorporate a heavy dose of sly wit into it. The unique plot only adds to the fun. Stiller plays Eric Zoolander, an aging model who is threatened by a hot, up and coming model (Wilson). If this weren't enough to stress the airhead model, plots conspiracies are being formed to have our hero brainwashed and forced to assasinate the prime minster of... some third world country. Full of hillarious bits, and subtle humor, this comedy should please any intellect into stupid comedies. I give it: 3 1/2 stars |
