| THE SCORE Rated: R Starring: Edward Norton, Robert Deniro Genre: Action/Drama Released: 2001 Length: 123 minutes It is a solid, well done heist flick, but it takes awhile to set up. Alas, one might find him/herself bored in the early parts of the movie. Hang in there, for it does get better as the movie progresses. The acting is excellent, as Norton and Deniro are two of the finest that Hollywood has to offer. Basset is forgettable as Deniro's girlfriend, but besides that the characters are nicely done. Deniro plays a thief who must team up with Norton to attempt to break a safe and steal a sceptor worth millions of dollars. But can they trust each other...dodododoooo!!! A clever, Old-school film. Rent it. I give it: 3 stars |
