| SHADOW OF A VAMPIRE Rated: R Starring: William Defoe, John Malcovich Genre: Horror Released: 2001 Length: 93 minutes A fictional tale revolving around a movie that was once really made. Back in the twenties a famous vampire movie was filmed. This movie offers a suggestion, that what if the man who played that vampire WAS really a vampire. Malcovich stars as the film's director, and Defoe as Max Shrek, a real vampire. The movie is surprisingly slow for much of the film. However it is a very creative and innovative idea which makes it worth watching. The ending may seem a little far fetched, but if you're in the mood for something different, then this one may be worth your time. I give it: 3 stars |
