DOUBLE JEOPARDY Rated: R Starring: Ashley Judd, Tommy Lee Jones Genre: Action/Suspense Released: 1999 Length: 93 min The movie was percisely what I figured it would be. It was interesting, suspenseful, and had a good plot. However, for some reason it was missing that extra something that makes a good movie great. It revolves around a woman who spends six years in prison after being convicted of killing her husband. She gets out on parole (Gotta love our judicial system) and tracks down her still-alive husband and her son. The woman is played by Ashley Judd, and Tommy Lee Jones stars as her parole officer. I give it: 3 stars |
