| ANTITRUST Rated: PG-13 Starring: Ryan Phillipe, Tim Robbins Genre: Action Released: 2001 Length: 108 minutes An action movie for geeks defines this mediocre story about a smart, young computer programmer who goes to work for one of the richest computer guys in the country and finds out that his company has some dark secrets behind it. The movie starts off slow, but really picks up steam about half way through. Some of the plot twists are well done, and the movie becomes compelling to watch. However, the ending is a dissapointment as all the intriguing plot twists and action sequences don't really amount to much. Overall, this film doesn't provide anything new. I give it: 2 1/2 stars |
