About Notes and Quotes

1. I am responsible for any material appearing on these pages. If you have a question, comment, or criticism please forward it to me at: dio @gol.com

2. Any original material written by me is copyright protected. However, under "fair use" you are allowed to copy it. However, you must cite the source and author of the material. Preferably use links.

3. Remember, it is always wise to be skeptical of any information you find on the Internet. Everything on this site is just an opinion and could easily be in error. The best way to study critical rationalism is to study source material.

4. There are a lot of quotes on these pages. These quotes are used under "fair use."

         a. Many of the quotes are transformative being in the context of comments and/or criticisms I am making. The purpose of quoting them is educational and not profit motivated.

         b. These quotes are not from plays or dramas, but basically philosophical opinions regarding the nature of knowledge and so on. In that sense these quotes are primarily informative factual content from already published and well known sources.

         c. None of the quotes are particularly big in relation to the size of the original works they are taken from.

         d. Ultimately, it is hoped that these quotes enhance the marketability of the books from which they were taken. They provide helpful selections showing the value of the books in question, however are far too small to provide a substitute for reading the source material. A link to amazon.com has been provided for the book each quote is taken from. If you find the quote helpful, please consider purchasing the book.
