The best version utilizes floating frames, supported by Netscape 6 and Explorer 5+ (As far as tested.) The High Version is supported by Netscape 6 and Explorer 5+ (again, as far as tested.) The Low version should be supported by all versions of either. The reason why Netscape is listed for High and Explorer for Low is because for some reason the High version has trouble on some computers with Explorer. The reason is being researched.
