Since I was 17 years the critical care medine has been my life s passion .The world hidden behind that of
continous alarm flarring, blended with the voices of drs and nurses performing emergengy procedures give
a misguided impression of a frigtening place , nothing can be more mistaken. Here in this scenario is where
the biggest challenge of the medicine is , where a moment of hesitation can be the difference.
You will learn soon a beautiful legacy "cherish the life " Just like the tiny line that separates the sea from
the sky in the horizon is the line that divides life and death, you need 9 months to create a life whereas
you need 0.9 sec to destroy it, For more than everything else you will learn to appreciate more the most
important thing you own "your life" to enjoy each moment and never waste time in meaningless things.

THE KNOWLEGE HORIZON
During my maiden conference in a critical care and emergency setting a student asked me a question
DO YOU THINK THAT WITH THESE MARKS I CAN STUDY MEDICINE?
I reminded the words of my master I told him : Look do you know which is the best mark for a person who realy loves his/her talent ?
No what is it ?
I answered , is till you feel satisfied your own knownledge thirst , of course that is boundless just like the tiny line that divides the see from the sky in the horizon , when you look it from the shore looks reachable But the more you get close to it the more it will get far from you Because there is always a day to learn something new, or to become better and better, if you resignate or only limit to a simple "digit " in a chart
or a mark you will mistakenly feel that your techniques are so perfect , and will stop striving to become
Better thereby supressing your own talent , and certainly reducing your future
Fine he said but is that possible?
