T
he health is:
a body condition in societies, histories and specific cultures.
The capacities to develop and to produce: thoughts, feelings and
life styles.
The ways to love, to create, to acquire and to preserve identity,
objectivity and reason.
The fellow's corporal integrity - agent of significant related
capacities:
necessities of relationships, transcendency and roots.
The corporal modality that the organized society and its social
relationships determine
by interacting with the genetic and historical mark.
Our approach to the body from different societies - histories and
cultures
humanizes
and incorporates meanings to itself. It is opposed to the way
hegemonical
medicine sees it as it trie to empty the social contents, and tries to
neutralize it as political fact.
The adaptation of the body to the societies
is what the Medicine attempts.
Quoting Erich Fromm: "The sane Society" (1955) outlines that the
existence
conditions of the human situation prepare our life practice, our praxis.
And that a healthy society develops the capacity of its beings to love
its
neighbors, to creative work to develop the reason and objectivity, the
identity and the productive capacities. A productive person - not
alienated"
is in process of being born while he/she lives." To produces it is
necessary to change the industrial and political organization, the
structure
of the character and the cultural activities simultaneously. Because we
are
thought units - feeling and ways of living.
The youth, the beauty and the old age are medical political reasons,
not
neuter conceptions.
Doctors can deepen our limited knowledge, questioning all the
certainties
that give us identity and corporate ownership.

¿Hay salud en sociedades insanas?
Introducción:
La salud es una condición del cuerpo en sociedades, historias y
culturas
determinadas.
Las capacidades para desarrollarse y producir: pensamientos,
sentimientos y
modos de vivir.
Los modos para amar, crear, adquirir y conservar identidad, objetividad
y
razón.
La integridad corporal del sujeto- agente de capacidades vinculares
significantes: necesidades de relaciones, trascendencia y arraigo.
La modalidad corporal que la sociedad organizada y sus relaciones
sociales
determinan y disponen interactuando con la marca genética- histórica.
Nuestro acercamiento al cuerpo desde las sociedades- historias y
culturas
humaniza e incorpora significados al mismo.
Es lo opuesto a la mirada de la medicina hegemónica que lo vacía de
contenidos sociales, intenta neutralizarlo como hecho político.
La adaptación del cuerpo a las sociedades es lo que la Medicina
intenta.
Siguiendo a Erich Fromm: The Sane Society(1955) o "Psicoanálisis de la
sociedad contemporánea" plantea que las condiciones de existencia,la
situación humana prepara la práctica humana de la vida.
Y que una sociedad sana desarrolla la capacidad de sus seres para amar
a sus
prójimos, para trabajar creadoramente,para desarrollar la razón y
objetividad, la identidad y las capacidades productivas.
Una persona productiva- no enajenada "está en proceso de nacer mientras
vive".
Para producirla hay que cambiar simultáneamente la organización
industrial y
política, la estructura del carácter y las actividades culturales.
Pues somos unidades de pensamiento- sentimiento y modos de vivir.
La juventud, la belleza y la vejez o la permanencia vivo son motivos
políticos médicos, no concepciones neutras globalizables.
Los médicos podemos profundizar nuestro limitado conocimiento,
cuestionando
todas las certezas que nos dan identidad y pertenencia corporativa.
