Day 18, Happy Fourth of JULY!  This was our longest day of biking yet, 120 miles, and it was a very hot 104 degrees outside. We had to get to Casper, WY to enjoy our next day off.  A flat early in the ride slowed me donw. The terrain was rolling hills that did not offer much to photo, but we did stop for lunch at a cool place called Hells 1/2 Acre. There is a photo above.  Below was a funny place I saw called Bad Bobs.  The head wind was bad today for the first 80 miles then things settled down.  By the time I was at 100 miles our legs were on auto-pilot and had no juice left.  For 4th of July we saw the Casper Fireworks and went to a cowboy bar called the Beacon. I was dancing to a Will Smith song, Gettin Jiggy with it, and this drunken cowboy thought I was mocking him.  He got in my face with his finger and so I had to drop him with beer bottle. Seriously though, I walked away and survived the night.
Day 19 was a rest day in Casper Wyoming.  I went out golfing with Brad and Lloyd and we had the pleasure of watching a lightening storm across town start 6 fires.  When it came our way we were on the last hole and I litterally sprinted off the course when a boom of thunder cracked overhead. That night we went out to Poor Boys Steakhouse and had a great meal.  Yumm steak!!  Only 106 miles to do tomorrow...
