| Day 12, June 28, was a very short ride of 40 miles. Most everyone slept in and we weren't on our bikes until 10am. With such a short ride, a detour to Shashone Falls was in order. The falls, kinda seen above, weren't falling due to water shortage, but too our surprise, we found Dirky Lake.(below) Nothing better than a swim before a short ride. |

| Dirky Lake had chilly water, but also had a dock and diving board. And you had to watch your toes because the small blue fin trout would take a nibble as you sat on the dock. The dock was a crowd favorite. |
