Ms. Castaldi most recently performed a solo recital at the Kosciuszko Foundation in NYC.  Upcoming performances will include more venues showcasing this recital.  Ms. Castaldi's most recent operatic performance  was La Boh�me with Natchez Opera Festival where her mellifluous, Italianate voice transformed the role of Mimi. She  also performed Mimi with the National Lyric Opera Touring Company where she captivated her audience with solid technique and a most engaging stage presence.

Other roles of note have been Madga in Puccini's La Rondine, Violetta in Verdi's La Traviata, Nadia in the New York premiere of Wargo's A Chekhov Trilogy, Miss Jessel in Britten's the Turn of the Screw, and Musetta in Puccini's La Boh�me.

Further accomplishments include finalist in the Classical Production, Inc. Vocal Competition, winner in the Liederkranz Foundation Vocal Competition, finalist for the NJ Verismo Vocal Competition, and winner at the Opera at Florham Vocal Competition.

Ms. Castaldi holds a Master of Music in Vocal Performance (with distinction) from The New England Conservatory of Music and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Kennesaw State College in Georgia.  Aside from her obvious vocal talents, Ms.Castaldi is also an accomplished pianist and a fluid dancer, all lending themselves to her musical integrity and stage grace.
