Leaving New Orleans we headed towards Memphis. In order to enjoy the beautiful landscape, we didn't drive on the highway but took the NatchezTrace Parkway... It leads from Natchez to Nashville and was used in the old days by travellers to get back to Nashville after coming down the Mississippi in the times, when steam boates didn't exist jet.
Dejando New Orleans tomamos direccion hacia Memphis. Para ver algo del paisaje no tomamos la autovia directa sino el Natchez Trace Parkway que va de Natchez hasta Nashville. En los viejos tiempos la gente que bajo el Mississippi lo tomo para volver a Nashville. |
