His birth name was: Travis Kain Fetters
DOB: 11-7-1980
BF: Richard Fetters
Adoptive parents were: David/Irene Shirley
I believe they kept Travis for his name, so new name: Travis Shirley
Last known address was: Rochester, NH
They also have a son, Eric, as well as other children; I believe to be 3 more sons & a daughter
Eric would be somewhere around 48-49 (as of 2007) and the other siblings possible older; believe a sister was younger than Eric
They may have moved to WA, or WA DC, however, am unsure of that information
Travis was born & adopted out of NH
Born at Wentworth Douglas Hospital on Nov. 7, 1980 was either 12:33PM or 2:33PM; I was ill during the delivery but know it was either of those times
He was adopted out of Strafford County Court in Dover, NH I did not go to court, signed papers, it was around 1983-84
Irene Shirley was a nurse; do not know adoptive fathers profession
