MANX
Manx is a male Iguana that was brought to us last February, he had been found wandering around in the snow. We assume he had been housed with a larger male due to his condition. Several ribs had freshly healed, most of the spikes had been bitten off his back, and half of his tail was missing.
At present he is about two and a half feet long and about three pounds. It has been a long journey with this one, he took ill with a septic infection just after Fig died and it took a flurry of injections to get him back on his feet. For now he is gaining weight and growing, but the hard part is knowing nothing about how he was cared for. We don't know how long he has, if he was overloaded with protein his kidney's could fail at anytime.
