Blower-Aspirator "Dust - Less"
With the speed boost in card frames, the dust problems is more than ever felt. Usually, the higher dust percentage builds up during lapping, unwinding and braking, starting from frame feeders.
A blowing travelling unit, coupled to a sucking plane, through a fan motor and thanks to pat solution, solves the dust problem at bottom.
The "DUST - LESS" equipment is run by programmable timers offering the capacity to choose a dwell and work time according to needs. A hand-operated gate adjusts air quantity air to blow in, diverting that in excess towards other points to choice.
