| Born with the inate ability to run really really fast, the Blur is one speed demon. Clocked at speeds over Warp 9.975, the Blur can run so fast that sometimes it's just impossible to get a well focused picture... Unfortunatly the Blur has not mastered his amazing talents, often breaking his own ankles instead of his opponents with his patented quintuple cross-over dribble. Perhaps one of these days he will be able to control his abilities and catch the Disguised Dragoon, who is always one step ahead of him whenever they train together.
