| Don't let the name fool you. She was never bleached in her life. Born with an abnormal skin condition, the Bleached bimbo is probably one of the lesser known villains, but what she lacks in total destruction caused, she gains by total annoyance caused. A firm believer in working from the bottom up, the bleached bimbo uses her uncanny ability to blend into anything white. In the above picture, you can barely see her figure hidden in the wall between the curtains. By hiding, she is able to pull numerous pranks on several high class diplomats and politicians, embaressing them to the extent that they have no choice, but to go into hiding for the rest of their lives.
