Betsy's first love was a man named Tom Lennox a telepath/psychokenetic that worked alongside Betsy in S.T.R.I.K.E.'s psi-division. They shared a "psychic rapport" together. During that time S.T.R.I.K.E. was infiltrated by Vixen an enemy of theirs, where Tom was killed by one of Vixen's soldiers. Betsy claims she was psychically linked to him when he was murdered and it was a harsh experience on her. A huge loss for her and was mourned heavily, Betsy's true love perhaps(?). Events took place in original UK Captain Britain series

There have been many small hints romance/attraction among Betsy and other X-Men, but nothing concrete or official. Such things as Betsy giving Havok a brief kiss, Betsy posing nude for Colossus in a painting, Betsy and Beast's moment during Xtreme Xmen. The one that sticks out most to me though is her short attraction with Scott Summers aka Cyclops. During the beginning of the spinoff series "XMen", Cyclops and Betsy showed a strong attraction to one another. Jean Grey even caught Scott while he was having an intimate thought of Betsy. It was later revealed by Psylocke to Jean that Kwannon's psyche was attracted to Scott, but she confessed she also had attractions for Scott. Jean and Betsy eventually settled things between themselves though. Although this wouldn't be the last time Scott would fall for another female telepath. (Emma Frost)

Soon after the Scott/Betsy fiasco Warren Worthington III (Archangel) began comforting Betsy as she was dealing with the fact that Kwannon had died and she was now forever sealed in her Asian body. Warren and Betsy went on a date and from there they became a couple. (Probably the most popular of all Psylocke's relationships is this one, they even shared a mini series.) When Psylocke was nearly killed by Sabretooth, Warren sought out the crimson dawn to save Betsy's life, along with Wolverine and Dr. Strange, they were successful. Years later Psylocke met someone and --- *continued below*

When Neal Shaara joined the XMen Betsy and Neal began to playfully flirt with one another to the point where they weren't afraid to hide it from the others. Warren began to take notice of this and confronted her about it, he let Betsy free to do as she pleased. Betsy and Neal soon left afterwards to join Storm's team to search for Destiny's diaries. Immediately afterwards Psylocke was killed by their new found enemy Vargas. A new member of the team Lifeguard became close with Neal after Betsy's death. They left to search for Lifeguard's younger brother who left the team frightened of his sister's mutations. It's hinted that Lifeguard and Thunderbird share an attraction.
