| Sweet Potato Casserole Ruth Hantla RW 3 Cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes (40oz. Can) 1 scant cup sugar 1/2 Cup melted oleo 2 eggs well beaten 1 tsp. Vanilla 1/3 Cup milk Mix well (can use food processor). Put in 2 quart casserole and cover with topping. Topping: Combine 1/2 Cup brown sugar 1/4 Cup flour 2 1/2 Tbls. Melted oleo 1/2 Cup chopped pecans Put on top before baking at 350o for 25 minutes. |
