                                   Banana Nut Bread

3 ripe bananas, well mashed
  2 eggs, well beaten
  2 cups flour
  3/4 cup sugar
  1 teaspoon salt
  1 teaspoon baking soda
  1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease loaf pan.
  Mix the bananas and eggs together in a large
  bowl.  Stir in the flour, sugar, salt, and
  baking soda.  Add the walnuts and blend.
  Put the batter in the pan and bake 1 hour.
  Remove from the pan to a rack.  Serve
  warm or cooled.
                                  Sesame-Cheese Casserole Bread

2 Tlbs. Sesame Seed                        1 Cup Shredded Cheddar
1 Egg                                              1  Tlbs. snipped parsley
1 1/2 Cup milk                                1/2 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 Cups Bisquick

Grease 2 quart casserole, sprinkle sesame seeds evenly on bottom &
sides.  Beat egg on low speed, beat in remaining ingredients.  Pour into casserole. Bake at 350o until wooden pick comes out clean. 40 to 45 mins. Immediately invert & remove casserole.
ZUCCHINI FRUIT LOAF     

3 EGGS   2 CUPS SUGAR  
1 CUP OIL   2 tsp.VANILLA   
   BEAT TOGETHER UNTIL FOAMY, ADD     
     
2 CUPS GRATED UNPEELED ZUCCHINI     
2 CUPS GRATED UNPEELED APPLES     
3 CUPS FLOUR   1 tsp. salt  
2 tsp. SODA   1 1/2 tsp. CINNAMON  
1/2 tsp. BAKING POWDER   1 tsp. NUTMEG  
1/2 tsp.CLOVES    1 CUP EACH RAISENS & NUTS  
     
2 LOVES  325 degrees F.    1 HOUR
