Nova descends from a rare race of people known as the Tyrillians. Their religion stems around the belief of a holy and evil sword forever entangled in a never-ending battle. Those that worship the evil sword are considered outsiders, and are banished from the settlement. Nova was betrayed by her colleague who worshipped the evil sword, and was mistakingly banished from the settlement.
If she could somehow find this evil sword of legend, destroy it and recover one of the shards as proof, then there may be hope in her returning to her settlement.
