Robo Joe - 92'
Well, when I look at this figure, I can only ask myself 2 questions. What was I thinking when I bought the toy, and what was Hasbro thinking when they released the toy. I didn't have much of a choice when I bought him tho, at this point they were only selling Star Brigade toys in stores over here. Robo Joe was the last GI Joe I bought myself. He's totally unlike the regular (and normal) GI Joe's. As much as I like the concept of an android whith some humanoid Joe pieces here and there, the large black/orange body armour with the gold-colored weapons just makes me scratch my head. In my own stories he was used as some secret weapon that was thrown in against Cobra just in time to save the day. The Vipers would empty their guns to his body armor, but to no avail and he'd take them easily out one by one, making Cobra go on another retreat. Strangely enough, I still have all his weapons minus the two missiles that came with his launcher. Lost his little black helmet too, damn. That made him look okay I guess. His joints are in average condition and he has no paint wear.
