The old name of Feodosia is Kafa. It's really old town, it was Crimean bigest slave-market in Kafa in XII-XVIII. You will see a ruins of ancient tower, the sight of that period, when you'll be walking in Feodosia.

    Now Feodosia is popular recreation place with a golden sand beach, about 15 kilometres long and the sea is the most proper and transparent  then in any other part of Crimea.

    Famous russian artist  and painter Ayvasovskyi lived in Feodosia for a long time. He built a gallery and now it is most important museum of the city it's a "must see". There is also popular museum of Russian writer Alexander Grin.

    There are many activities in Feodosia -  "non stop" in Summer time and of course less in winter like  restaurants, cafes, bars and night clubs. The main promenade is always full of people walking forward and back, many artists, singers and performers. Many people do offer their service, souvenirs etc. etc. A lots of well-knows artists organise their concerts in summer here. There is a big hall, a theatre, and a cinema.
