HARRY POTTER BLOCKS PAGE THREE
A FEAST'S PUMPKIN

This was just a thought and I quite like it now.  It was not as easy as it looks to make either.  The mouth got a bit complicated at one point but a small bit of tweaking, stretching and bad language got it there in the end.  I nearly didn't make this one but I am glad I did.  At one point I thought to put four of these in each corner as cornerstone blocks but that design idea has gone west along with a few others.  At present I am looking for a suitable Elizabethan Gentleman for Nearly Headless Nick.
SCABBERS

Here is Ron's familiar Scabbers.  He plays a pivotal role in book three.  I won't tell you what it is because you may not have read the book!!!!  He is eating some Bertie Botts Beans and glancing at something over his shoulder.  Funnily enough it was the beans that gave me trouble and NOT the rat.  One of the first blocks I made coz I thought it would be the easiest... little did I know!
OWLS

This is Hedwig and Errol.  Once again scanning the block hasn't done much for the colour and definition.  Errol was a dreadfully difficult little beastie... all those feathers.  Hedwig wasn't a breeze either but easier than Errol!

Being a bird fancier I adore Hedwig and would dearly love a trained owl but I have to make do with a rather temperamental cockatiel called Artu.  A page dedicated to him will happen when the film is developed from my camera.
