Our lives become so tangled today
As busily we go, each about our way.
The pressures are great and demands plenty.
That we to often forget we're only one of many.
But if we could just reflect on what is,
Our life, sunshine, food, family and friends
And the ultimate, that there is a God above
Watching, providing and full of love.
Soon we'll see the glorious new
If by faith we can each endure.
To no more loneliness, pain or sorrow.
With an abundance of dear friends in every tomorrow.

Until that blessed relief is here,
Let's treasure what now is dear.
Be grateful for the blessings we do have now,
And pray for strength to see another tomorrow.
