| Mark Schatz is a multitalented man. Besides playing bass with Nickel Creek for the past several touring seasons, Mark plays banjo, guitar, mandolin and does a mean hambone. He first put his talents to use with the Foorworks Percussive Dance Ensemble, where he has played and danced since the '90s. He is currently the Musical Director there. Mark also happens to be a very good poet and composer, and hopes to release a booklet of 27 poems soon. His original songs appear on his recent solo record "Steppin In The Boilerhouse". And lastly...I love Mark Schatz. Mark Schatz rocks. |
