Our Foals
The 2003 foals
It's a time for new beginnings!!!!!
Bogey's first son was born on April 7th and earned his name "Sunday Surprise", aka Sonny, by arriving as a beautiful solid bay colt from two spotted parents.  I have now been initiated to the world of genetics and spots.

Sonny is now the love and main man of a lovely girl in Richmond Hill, GA
All of our foals are imprinted at birth and taught to accept baths, clippers, halters, leg handling and loading in the trailer.  They learn to lead within their first 2 weeks and they tie by the time they are eating grain.  Of all the things I enjoy doing with our horses, the babies are still my favorite.  There is nothing to replace the feeling when a newcomer to our world learns to trust us and willingly accepts us.  Some say my youngsters are spoiled because they come running when I call and love to be handled.  I say they are people oriented and ready to learn.  Bad habits are not allowed and the "kids" learn right from the beginning that biting and kicking aren't okay..
Georgia now has a new home and a new buddy, Jack, who is also a Tennessee Walker. Jane and Earle Williams of Hawkinsville, GA fell in love with her at first sight and we know that another of our foals has a wonderful, sound, loving home. Jane is thinking about entering the show ring with Georgia and we hope to see her there. Congratulations Jane and Earle, we wish you many, many years of pleasure with this fine filly.

Striker, left, was the first to arrive the day my sister arrived from NJ at 4 p.m.  He is very correct and a beautiful mover with lots of presence. He looks just like his dad, Bogey.
Misty was born 2 days later and is sweet, willing and huge, with a nice loose way of going.  She will be a very big mare.  We've been teased about a quarter horse sneeking into our pasture.
Bandit, left, was born on April 28th and is the loudest colored colt we've ever had. He is awesome in the looks and movement departments and will be tested with the other foals for the homozygous gene.  We have been blessed with three beautiful, healthy foals that reflect what our breeding program is all about.  All foals will be double registered TWHBEA/SSHBEA and are FOR SALE.         e-mail us
SOLD - and is now showing her stuff in versatility and rail classes and on the trail.  She has her brother's attitude and willingness and loves the attention of the 4H competitions and training.
