Character Development:

I'm not going to write character bois, 1) because I'm lazy and 2) Because there are loads of sites that already have them ^_^.  What I'm interested in is the development of the characters throughout the series.  I get that overall, Batman Beyond is a really short series (too short) but I still like to se how the characters grow, if and why they change.
