Opening of the D-Day Museum
Pacific Theater Wing
New Orleans, LA
December 6th - 9th, 2001


The National D-Day Museum in New Orleans is opening it's new wing dedicated to the Pacific Theater of WW2. There will be a parade on one day, then TWO reenactments the next: the attack on Pearl Harbor (complete with Japanese planes), and the amphibious landing on Tarawa (with genuine landing craft).

We will be staying on board the S.S. American Victory, an original WW2 Victory Ship.

We are making travel arrangements for this one, which will be expensive, so FUND RAISERS ARE NEEDED!

You MUST attend at least the three meetings prior to the event in order to participate!





ITALIAN FRONT TACTICAL BATTLE
THE LIRI VALLEY CAMPAIGN
AURONO MOUNTAINS-ITALY
JANUARY 4TH -6TH 2002
OCALA, FLORIDA

This is a historically correct event which will have 2 tactical battles, both of which should not be missed. This setting is perfect for a WW2 event. A semi-mountainous area, well wooded, rock faced cliffs, lakes and suspension bridges! This is NOT a public spectator battle and is open to only WW2 reeanactors and vendors.

Saturday evening meal will be provided. Camping is primitive and combat uniforms will be worn. There are fully equipped rest-rooms with full showers, both male and female.

You MUST attend at least the two meetings and one tactical practice session prior to the event in order to participate!
